This twelve-month program guides you amplify and strategically apply your vision, passions, skills, and experience in ways that maximize your impact, build allies, and deliver team success.  

Intentional Leadership

The standard practice of giving new leaders independence to figure it out, frequently creates periods of low productivity as the team and new leader adjust. As a leader, it can contribute to feelings of imposter syndrome, misfit, and questioning why you ever wanted the job, or what they saw in you. 

This six-month program provides a bridge to shorten leadership transitions, build role mastery and raise leadership confidence.  Clients engage their teams in ways that allow everyone to experience meaningful success.

Leadership Master Plan

This one-day intensive may be the perfect way to jumpstart your leadership presence, goal setting, and development of your personal vision, when you are looking for a new path but aren’t ready to commit to ongoing coaching.

We create a focused, safe space where you can explore what will allow you to become the most powerful version of yourself as a leader and intentionally choose how you want to lead in your current environment.
