Intentional Leadership
The standard practice of giving new leaders independence to figure it out, frequently creates periods of low productivity as the team and new leader adjust. As a leader, it can contribute to feelings of imposter syndrome, misfit, and questioning why you ever wanted the job, or what they saw in you.
This six-month program provides a bridge to shorten leadership transitions, build role mastery and raise leadership confidence. Clients engage their teams in ways that allow everyone to experience meaningful success.
Leadership Master Plan
This one-day intensive may be the perfect way to jumpstart your leadership presence, goal setting, and development of your personal vision, when you are looking for a new path but aren’t ready to commit to ongoing coaching.
